Welcome to Phoenix Holistic Health

Symptoms are often part of a larger picture.

Instead of asking “Where does it hurt?”, kinesiology asks “What’s contributing to this?”

We help your body work better, not just move better. Through evidence-based kinesiology and personalised programmes, we assess the whole body — because symptoms rarely stand alone.

Jaw tension or pain, for example, may be connected to emotional stress, posture, or breathing habits rather than the jaw itself.

Kinesiology is a natural health care technique that uses mild muscle testing to assess a variety of bodily processes on the structural, biochemical, neurological and metabolic levels. It analyses the connections between muscular response, meridian energy — the pathways that carry energy through the body — and the associated organs.

Everything is connected. A symptom is often the body’s way of signalling that something else needs attention.

About me

How kinesiology found me

Holistic practices like Reiki and psychology were always around me through my mum, but for many years I never truly explored them. Instead, I followed a more traditional path — studying economics, logistics, tourism management and business, and building a career in hospitality.

Everything changed during a family crisis. I found myself asking deep questions: Why am I the way I am? Why do people react as they do in stressful situations, and how does it affect their physical wellbeing? My daughter, who is almost 16, was deeply affected — struggling to sleep and with digestion issues — and after endless doctors’ visits, tests and therapies, I longed for an alternative way to help her.

That’s when kinesiology entered my life. Encouraged by my mum, I tried it for myself — and I was completely blown away by the clarity, release and transformation it brought me. From that moment, my journey truly began.

Today, through kinesiology, aura consultancy and reiki, I help others discover the same healing, insight and empowerment that first inspired me.

Your first session

What happens in a kinesiology session?

If you’ve never had kinesiology before, you might wonder what actually happens — and whether you need to “do” anything special.

The short answer? You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or familiar with kinesiology. You just need to show up — and be open to listening to what your body has to say.

A kinesiology session in progress
  1. 01

    A gentle introduction

Every session begins with you. We take a few moments to talk about what brought you here — a physical concern, emotional stress, low energy, or simply a feeling that something is “off.” You don’t need to have all the answers. Even a general intention like “I want to feel better in my body” is enough to begin.

Kinesiology works with the body’s own feedback system, using gentle muscle testing to identify where support is needed — physically, emotionally, or energetically.

  2. 02

    Building the foundation

Before we address specific issues, we start with the basics — because a body that isn’t supported at a foundational level can’t fully heal. I may check:

    • Hydration levels
    • Protein intake and mineral balance
    • Blood sugar regulation
    • Blood chemistry indicators
    • Neck alignment and structural balance
    • Chakra and energy balance

Think of this as tuning an instrument before playing music. When the basics are aligned, the body responds more clearly and effectively.

  3. 03

    Support with supplements & essences

Your body may indicate a need for additional support through vitamins, minerals, or natural supplements. These aren’t prescribed randomly — they’re chosen based on what your system responds to best. For emotional or stress-related patterns, we may also work with Bach Flower Essences, which gently support emotional balance and resilience.

The goal isn’t to overload the body — it’s to raise your vital energy so your system can do what it’s designed to do: self-regulate and heal.

  4. 04

    Focusing on what matters most

Once the foundation is set, we move into either a specific issue — pain, fatigue, stress, digestion, sleep — or a general body scan, allowing the body to guide us to what needs attention most right now.

Sometimes the body confirms exactly what you expected. Other times, it reveals a deeper or more subtle connection — often linking physical symptoms with emotional or energetic stress.

  5. 05

    Integration & balance

At the end of each session we check your centring — how balanced and grounded your system feels — and your walking gait, how your body integrates the changes into movement. The work isn’t just felt on the table; it’s carried into your everyday life.

Before you leave, I’ll share any recommendations — supplements, essences, or simple lifestyle support — that help maintain the progress made.
