Phoenix Holistic Health provides holistic health and wellness services intended to support general wellbeing.

These services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified medical professional.

Clients are encouraged to consult their doctor for medical conditions or concerns.

4. Client Responsibility

By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

• the information you provide is accurate and complete
• you will inform the therapist of any relevant health conditions
• you will inform the therapist of any changes in your health
• you understand that holistic therapies support wellbeing but do not replace medical treatment

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of:

• medical conditions
• medications
• pregnancy
• injuries or health changes

5. Appointments

Appointments can be booked through the website booking system or by contacting Phoenix Holistic Health directly.

Appointments are confirmed once the booking process is completed. You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time and location of your session.

Phoenix Holistic Health reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if necessary.

6. Payment

When booking online, a deposit is paid by card through Stripe to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable at your session. The deposit and the balance due are shown before you pay and in your confirmation email.

Payments may be made using the following methods:

• Online payment via Stripe
• Bank transfer
• Cash payment (if agreed)

Payment may be required in advance for certain services or appointments.

Session packages are booked one session at a time: the first session is booked when you buy the package, and the remaining sessions can be booked later using the package code sent to you by email.

Prices for services are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will honour the price at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Appointments cancelled with sufficient notice can be rescheduled without penalty.

8. Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be charged up to 100% of the session fee.

This policy exists because the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.

9. Missed Appointments (No-Show)

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, the session will be treated as a missed appointment and the full session fee may be charged.

10. Late Arrival

If you arrive late for your appointment:

• the session may need to be shortened
• the full session fee will still apply

This ensures fairness to other clients with scheduled appointments.

11. Health and Safety

Phoenix Holistic Health reserves the right to decline or stop a treatment if it is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions that may affect treatment.

12. Confidentiality

All personal and health information shared during consultations will be treated as confidential in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Information will only be shared where required by law or where there is a serious risk to health or safety.

13. Liability

Holistic therapies are intended to support relaxation and wellbeing.

Phoenix Holistic Health does not guarantee specific results from treatments.

By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for their own health decisions.
